Shipping Policy
At Ecorfy India, we strive to get your orders to you quickly and safely. Learn about our shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and what to expect throughout the delivery process.

Shipping Overview
We are committed to delivering your orders promptly and safely. We offer a range of shipping options to meet your needs, from standard ground shipping to expedited delivery services. All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within the continental United States.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it enters our processing queue. Here is what to expect:
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM CST on business days are typically processed the same day
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped
- Processing times may vary during peak seasons, promotional events, or for items requiring special handling
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping methods for deliveries within the continental United States:
Standard Ground Shipping
Delivered via FedEx, UPS, or USPS within 5–8 business days after processing. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders as indicated during checkout.
Expedited Shipping
Delivered within 2–3 business days after processing. Additional shipping charges apply and are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
Overnight / Next-Day Shipping
Delivered the next business day after processing for orders placed before 12:00 PM CST. Premium shipping charges apply. This option is not available for oversized or freight items.
Freight / LTL Shipping
Large and oversized items such as hospital beds, patient lifts, and heavy equipment are shipped via freight carriers. Freight deliveries typically take 7–14 business days and will be delivered to the curbside or threshold of your address.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery dates may vary based on carrier schedules, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined by the shipping method selected, order weight, dimensions, and delivery destination. Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Free standard ground shipping is available on eligible orders to the lower 48 contiguous states
- Expedited and overnight shipping costs are calculated based on package weight and destination
- Freight shipping costs vary by item size and delivery location; a quote will be provided at checkout
- Additional surcharges may apply to remote, rural, or hard-to-reach delivery areas
White Glove Delivery
For select large items such as hospital beds and heavy medical equipment, we offer a professional White Glove Delivery service. This premium service includes:
- Delivery to the room of your choice within your home or facility
- Unpacking, assembly, and full setup of the product
- Removal and disposal of all packaging materials
- Brief demonstration of basic product features and operation
White Glove Delivery is available for an additional fee. Delivery scheduling will be coordinated directly with you to arrange a convenient date and time window. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for White Glove Delivery scheduling.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, or if your tracking status has not updated for more than 5 business days, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Delivery Issues
Inspecting Your Delivery
We strongly recommend inspecting all packages upon delivery for signs of damage. If the outer packaging appears damaged, please note the damage on the delivery receipt and photograph the package before opening it.
Damaged Shipments
If you receive a damaged product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and building management, verify the delivery address, and contact the shipping carrier. If the issue is not resolved, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Refused Deliveries
If a package is refused at the time of delivery without prior authorization from us, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees.
International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer support team for availability and a custom shipping quote.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees, which are the buyer's responsibility
- Delivery times for international orders vary based on destination and customs processing
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or import regulations
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
Standard-sized items can be shipped to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Oversized items and freight shipments cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes and require a physical street address. Please allow additional delivery time for APO/FPO shipments.
